Bahagian 1 :

Ape rasa bila jumpe balik orang yang pernah meninggalkan tanda dalam hati kau?

Apa rasa bila orang yang tinggalkan kau datang balik dengan janji-janji manis yang baru?

Apa rasa orang yang kau sayang datang balik membawa anak hasil perkahwinan yang dulu?

Ini yang Lisa alami sekarang. Terpaku, terpana, mata tak berkelip memandang sekujur tubuh yang pernah dirindui.

Tapi bukan hanya seorang di depan matanya kini, tapi berdua dengan bayi kecil di tangan lelaki itu.

"Lisa, look. I am not begging you to accept me back but i am begging you to let my child get the love from a person as a mother. And the perfect person is you, Lis,"

Mudahnya berbicara. Hakikatnya, itu anak kau bukan anak aku. Ingin saja Lisa meluahkan kata-kata seperti itu tetapi tersekat di kerongkongnya.

"Lisa, please say something. I need to know how you feel right now," Faiz masih merayu.

Lisa hanya membisu. Pandangannya tidak beralih dari si kecil sejak tadi.

"How do you want me to react? You come all of sudden to me and you just want me to accept you and your child?"

Lisa merengus. Wajahnya dipalingkan dari si kecil.

Faiz melepaskan keluhan kecil.

"I am sorry. It was a mistake leaving you behind. I broke our promises but now I want to redeem it back," Faiz masih dengan kata-kata manisnya.

"No, I am sorry. I can't do that. Loving you before was my mistake, and I don't want to make it twice. And doubled. Now I am done with you and I am outta here,"

Lisa mengambil pursenya di atas meja dan melangkah pergi. Belum 10 langkah, tangisan si kecil kedengaran.

"No, Lisa. You don't have to sympathy with the little child. She is not your child, she is another woman's child," bisik hati Lisa.

Tangisan si kecil semakin kuat.

"No, don't go. Don't be fooled,"

Si kecil bertukar tangan. Dengan serta merta tangisan si kecil berhenti. Petunjuk apakah ini, ya Allah?

"Ada bawak susu baby tak?"

Faiz menghulur botol susu dari dalam beg yang dikendongnya. Dia menarik nafas lega melihat cara Lisa melayan anaknya.

Sambil menyusukan si kecil, Lisa menepuk-nepuk si kecil sehinggalah dia tertidur. Faiz tersenyum memerhati.

"Look, she can recognise whom she want as her mother,"

Lisa tidak membalas sebaliknya hanya merenung ke luar tingkap restoran itu.

"So, is it a yes from you to be my wife? To be Balqis's mother?" Faiz sudah tersengih membayangkan kemungkinan ini.

Setelah lama membisu, Lisa bersuara juga.

"It is a yes and a no,"

"What do you mean?"

"I will marry you but only for the sake of Balqis. There would be conditions with this marriage,"

Rahang Faiz sudah terasa mahu patah mendengar kata-kata Lisa.

"Kau dah gila ya, Lisa? How can you marry your ex just for the sake of his child? Dah putus fius ke kau ni?"

Suara Fina bergema dalam bilik itu. Lisa diam. Tidak bersuara. Malas nak bertekak.

"Come on, girl. You can have someone better. Zaim tu. He is waiting for you for almost 3 years now. Kalau kau bagi green light, dah lama die masuk meminang,"

Fina mula berleter. Geram dengan sahabat karib die sejak sekolah menengah itu. Tak terfikir dek akal die macam mana Lisa boleh terima Faiz semula. Siap dengan pakej anak sekali. Die tahu cerita cinta Lisa dan Faiz yang tak kesampaian itu. Lisa sudah menyimpan perasaan kepada Faiz sejak Tingkatan 3 lagi. Faiz yang ketika itu Tingkatan 5 memang menjadi pujaan ramai gadis ketika itu dek kerana ketampanan dan kepimpinan yang ditonjolkan. Dan dia juga tahu bagaimana peritnya seorang Lisa apabila menerima perkhabaran perkhahwinan Faiz dengan senior sekolah mereka juga.

"Lisa, please. Fikir masak-masak. Marriage is not a simple thing. It is a union between two families. Kau dah tanya parents kau ke? Kau tak ingat ke macam mana Faiz dengan keluarga kau?Kau nak jilat ludah kau balik ke?"

"Ya, Fina. Aku jilat ludah aku balik. Aku tak boleh tak terima dia, Fina. Aku tak boleh lupakan raut wajah Balqis, Fina. Aku tak boleh bayangkan budak tu membesar tanpa seorang ibu because I have been there. Please understand me. Aku ingat kau orang yang paling faham aku," Lisa genggam tangan Fina kuat-kuat. Fina tepis tangan Lisa.

"Aku faham dengan nilai empati kau yang tinggi tu. Tapi aku tak boleh biarkan kawan aku musnahkan masa depan dia sendiri. Aku sayang kau, Lisa," ujar Fina dengan harapan Lisa akan berubah fikiran.

"Kalau kau sayang aku, kau akan terima keputusan aku, Fina. Kau akan terima. Kau ingat kan betapa indahnya zaman persekolahan kita? Kau, aku, abang Faiz dan Shakir?" Lisa tersenyum dalam tangisan. Fikirannya melayang ke 10 tahun yang lepas

Andai aku diberikan waktu
Akan ku putarkan masa kembali

10 STEPS KOREAN SKINCARE ROUTINE

Your skin care routine is super personal, so it’s best to focus less on how many steps you have and more on which steps are right for your skin type.

Here’s what each product in the 10 step routine does, how to use it, and the order to use them:

1. MAKEUP REMOVER + OIL CLEANSER

Sure, you could use your makeup remover on a cotton pad at night and call it a day, but that means you’ll most likely end up with black streaks of mascara on your pillowcase the next morning. To truly remove ALL makeup, reach for an oil cleanser. Massage it over your dry face and neck to break up makeup and then add a splash of lukewarm water to emulsify the cleanser. Massage again and then rinse everything off!

Product suggestion:  Skinfood Rice Brightening Facial Cleansing Tissue / NEOGEN Real Flower Cleansing Water Rose. Unfortunately, there is no stock for oil cleanser. My suggestion would be MISSHA M Perfect BB Deep Cleansing Oil.

2. WATER-BASED CLEANSER

It’s called double cleansing for a reason. Wash your face with a water-based cleanser to whisk away any remaining residue and impurities from your oil cleanse.

3. EXFOLIATOR

You don’t always have to exfoliate (especially if you have sensitive skin), but keep in mind that exfoliating at least twice a week is crucial for clear, polished skin. Sloughing off dead skin cells makes it possible for the rest of your skin care products to mingle with your pores and do their magic. Gently massage or tap an exfoliant into your skin for smooth and silky skin.

4. TONER

Think of your skin like a sponge—it’s more difficult to rehydrate it when it’s dried up and hardened than when it’s already a bit damp. Toners are the product that dampens your skin and balances its pH levels. Sprinkle one into your hands and tap it directly onto your skin or dispense it onto a cotton pad and gently swipe around your face working outwards.

5. ESSENCE

The heart of the Korean skin care routine! An essence is a kind of toner/serum hybrid made for hydrating and aiding skin repair and cell turnover. Apply it to freshly toned skin and pat it in.

6. TREATMENTS

Consider boosters, serums, and ampoules as concentrated essences that directly treat the issues you’re most concerned about. Whether they target dull skin, large pores, pigmentation, wrinkles, or acne, serums are the ideal skin-perfecting step. Gently tap these into your skin!

7. SHEET MASKS

If essences are the heart of the Korean skin care routine, sheet masks are the soul. All you have to do is put one on and chill for 15-20 minutes (and probably take a selfie). Sheet masks provide you with a quiet, meditative, and skin-nourishing ritual that imparts maximum treatment to your skin. Use one at least once or twice a week or every single day if you’d like!

8. EYE CREAM

The skin around your eyes is thin and delicate, which means you should treat it like the fragile flower that it is. An eye cream provides the area with extra helpings of hydration and protection. Use your ring finger to very gently tap (never rub!) eye cream around the entire orbital bone, avoiding the water line.

9. MOISTURIZER

Hydration is your express lane to dewy, glowing skin, so it’s important to find a moisturizer that works for your skin type. They come in many forms—from an emulsion, lotion, gel, or cream—all of which work to seal in moisture to plump up skin and smooth away any fine lines. Pat a moisturizer into your face and neck morning and night every single day. On days when your skin feels extra parched, swap your regular moisturizer for a sleeping pack.

10. SUN PROTECTION

Even if you’re stepping outside for just a couple of minutes, you must wear sunscreen. It’s the easiest and most effective way to prevent premature aging (and skin cancer!). Apply every—and we mean every—morning, reapplying throughout the day as needed. It’s important to put this on last so it can fully shield your skin from UV rays without being diluted by prior products.
